We'll make Coq au Vin (chicken in wine stew), Cauliflower au Gratin (with cheese), Salade Lyonnaise (a special salad from Lyon, France), and Chocolate Mousse (need we say more?).

Our chef will show you how to prep faster, will demystify the salad dressing, and show you tricks on making a meal look appealing while tasting delicious! No Meat HereEating as a vegetarian does NOT mean taking the interest and flavor out of your meals. In this class, we'll start off with creamy butternut squash soup, move onto crispy risotto cakes with a provençal compote, and finish the dinner with a tasty dessert. You won't miss the meat here!
Personal Chef 101Our primary business is to cook 3-6 entrées for between 2-6 people, store and label the food, and clean the kitchen, all in just a few short hours. How do we do it? Come to this class and learn how personal chefs make so many meals for their clients, and participate in making 2 full meals, 1 to eat in class, and 1 to take home with you and eat later. Bring your own tupperware containers. |
